FITNESS
Our goal is to teach 21st century fitness skills to Northeast Connecticut kids in a warm and welcoming environment filled with fun and enthusiasm.
The NOW Fitness program is dedicated to educating every child in the key disciplines of Fitness: age-appropriate strength training, cardiovascular training (heart health), Core Stability, Balance and Flexibility (Stretching). These components are essential elements of a well-balanced fitness and sports program.
Fitness enhances individual athletic performance and builds self-confidence just as it provides the foundation for success in team sports. In addition, quality Fitness training reduces the potential for injury. At NOW Fitness we care about insuring healthy and safe athletic participation at any age. We believe that as children grow into adolescence and young adulthood good fitness habits are the building blocks of life-long fitness.
