Discover inner peace, gratitude, and creativity with Mindful Expressions! This unique workshop invites youth ages 10–13 to explore the powerful combination of yoga, mindfulness, and art. Through calming yoga flows, gratitude exercises, and expressive art activities, participants will cultivate self-awareness, boost resilience, and connect with their creative spirits. This workshop will guide youth in practicing mindfulness and expressing gratitude creatively, offering them tools to feel more centered and empowered in their everyday lives.
